Unlike traditional DTF printing, which is primarily used for fabric, UV DTF is designed for items such as glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, ceramic, and coated surfaces.

How UV DTF Is Applied
Design & Print – Your artwork is printed onto a special UV DTF transfer film using UV-curable inks.
Layering – The design is typically created with adhesive and protective layers to produce a raised, textured finish.
Prepare the Item – The surface is cleaned and dried to remove dust, oil, and debris.
Apply the Transfer – The UV DTF transfer is positioned on the item and firmly pressed or rubbed onto the surface.
Peel the Film – The carrier film is carefully removed, leaving the colorful design adhered to the item.
Finished Product – The result is a vibrant, professional-looking design with excellent detail and a distinctive slightly raised feel.

1. If you have a design already email it to our Design Team (designteam@shopdesignandprint.com) (MUST be at least 300dpi) NOTE: Any sports team can be used you just pick the logo you want. If you want our design team to come up with a design they can,, just let us know.
In 3 business days you will receive an email from the design team. Approval of the design will be needed or changes can be made at this time. Once item is approved production will begin.
