Note: How to order

    1. Use the form above to give your description of how you want the product to look. If you have a design already you can upload it (MUST be at least 300dpi)  NOTE: Any sports team can be used you just pick the logo you want.

  1.  Once you have upload and sent the form, purchase the product.

  2.  In 3 business days you will receive an email from the design team. Approval of the design will be needed or changes can be made at this time. Once iem is approved production will begin.

  3.  Custom orders require 3–14 business days for production before shipment

  4.  Tracking information will be sent.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery times begin after production is completed and the order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing them to monitor their package's progress.

General Return Guidlines

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Custom Items

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

Once an order for a custom item is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned.

We understand the importance of personalization, and we want to ensure that each custom item meets your specifications.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Shop Design & Print is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

If assistance is needed, we will make reasonable efforts to help locate the package and provide shipping documentation.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact Shop Design & Print within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

  3. We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
