Most custom orders require 3–14 business days for production before shipment.
Production times may vary depending on product type, order quantity, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers will receive an order confirmation once their purchase has been successfully placed.

Custom Items

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Shop Design & Print is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
If assistance is needed, we will make reasonable efforts to help locate the package and provide shipping documentation.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact Shop Design & Print within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
